Tenant Move-In & Inspections

  • Prepare and draft lease for signatures.
  • Electronic (DocuSign) signing is available for immediate signing by all parties.
  • Collect the first month’s rent (or pro-rated rent) plus the security deposit.
  • Explain the lease, rules, and regulations to Tenants.
  • Provide the Tenant with keys, remotes, access codes, etc.
  • Perform the move-in inspection with Tenant.
  • Regular communication with the Owner on the new Tenant and lease status.

With full-service Property Management, all owners can access our Owner Portal online. At the Owner Portal, you will be able to check your property’s financial status at your convenience. This includes Financial Statements, when rent is collected, tracking work to be performed, seeing invoices paid, etc., all at no extra charge!
