I've worked with Sam and HS Property Management for almost 2 years. It was my first experience using a property manager to rent a home I lived in for many, many years. The transition to move out and allow someone I didn't know to rent my home was scary. Sam provided so much assurance he would find good tenants and ensure my home was maintained well.
